Admission Rules and Procedures

A candidate seeking admission should apply in the prescribed application form.

The filled application form should be submitted to the Principal.

Original certificates of the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) should be submitted at the time of admission.

Incomplete application will be summarily rejected without any notice.

The candidate should have fulfilled the age limit criteria as per the prescribed rules.

Admission seekers should appear for the Entrance test and personal interview.

Parents/guardians should accompany their children during the interview and Entrance test.

The selected candidate is generally admitted on payment of the fee to me.

The fee details are available at the school office. The fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The right of admission rests with the Principal. The decision of the Principal is final and binding.

Correction in the date of birth after submission of the form in the office will not be encouraged.

If the children are found eligible after the entrance exam, they will be admitted to the requested class

Age proof (i.e.) copies of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhar card must be provided while joining KG class and DC if the child is coming from another school.

A written test will be conducted for admission to classes from UKG to STD VIII.
Nursery, LKG & UKG

For Nursery (Pre-Kindergarten) admission, the child must have completed a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 3½ years.

A birth certificate from the concerned authority must be submitted at the time of admission.

For LKG (Lower Kindergarten) admission, the child must have completed a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 4½ years.

For UKG (Upper Kindergarten) admission, the child must have completed a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 5½ years.

Pass certificate of LKG and a birth certificate from the concerned authority must be submitted at the time of admission.
